Just had a tiring day in school today. Mixed emotions of happy satisfied angry yet lousy at the same time. 50% of the dry run today at Top Table was seeing me getting yelled, reprimanded and demanded by service instructors while I was moving myself within the station with my mind blank. I was lost and confused. I didn't know how to control my 16 guests, I lost my focus and I wanted to be a super captain. I didn't know the answers to my waiters questions. I know that today will not be the worst of the days that is have yet to come but I'm all ready for these challenges because I know its within my capacity.
Go she! you can do it when operation starts next week!
